As of now you can register for the Haarlem Jamborette. You can do so by filling out this form (opens in new window) and transferring the registration fee to the specified account.

Camp fee
The camp fee for the Haarlem Jamborette is € 305,00 per participant. For scouts as well as scout leaders.
It is all-in for ten days, including your stay, food and all activities!
We have not set a closing date for registration but we do have a maximum of participants of 2.500.
So be quick to register. Our experience is that we will reach this number soon.
The sequence of registration will be based on the date of the successful transfer of registration fees.

Registration fee
We understand that you do not exactly know with how many participants you will come to the Haarlem Jamborette.
Therefore we only ask you to give us a range of how many participants you expect to join.
Ultimately you will only pay for the participants that will actually come and the registration fees will be deducted from the total (number of participants times € 305,00).

The ranges and corresponding registration fees are:
1-15 participants: € 450,00
16-25 participants: € 750,00
26-35 participants: € 1.050,00
36 or more participants: € 1.500,00

You will receive a letter confirming your participation within two weeks after the moment we receive the registration fees.
